Terms

To respect your fellow riders and to preserve the integrity of the ride experience, please take a moment to review the studio terms below.

Can’t make it? The studio requests that you please cancel a reserved bike 12 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid an $11 late cancellation fee.

If your booking is cancelled 12 hours prior to class time, the ride will be credited back to your account.

Riders may cancel a class using the Ride Society website, via the Ride Society app on iOS or Android or by calling the studio (850.542.4266). Cancellation fees will be charged the credit card on file.

If you do not show up to your reserved class, you will forfeit that ride and incur a $16 no-show fee.

Cell phones are not permitted inside the studio.

For everyone’s safety, late arrivals beyond 5 minutes will not be admitted into class. *First time riders will not be admitted into class if the class has already begun.

Please arrive to the studio 10-15 minutes prior to start of class.

If a class is full, riders can add their name to the online waitlist.

If a bike opens up, the first person from the waitlist will be automatically added to the class and will receive an email notification.

If you’re automatically added into a class from the waitlist less than 1 hour prior to class you will be notified by phone. Please be ready. If the rider cannot be reached or decides to not take the bike, they will not be charged.

If the studio is unable to get a hold of the rider, the next person on the waitlist will be contacted.

By signing up for a waitlist, it’s the same as signing up for a class and the standard cancellation policy applies. If you’re automatically added into a class from the waitlist, you will have up until the studio’s 12 hour deadline to early cancel without penalty.

In order to sign up to a waitlist, you must have an available Ride Credit or Series in your account that will be redeemed upon admittance to the class.

If a rider confirms to be added into the class but is a No-Show, the standard No-Show policy will apply.

All riders must sign a waiver prior to their first class.

Class packages cannot be shared between clients. However, riders have the ability to reserve a bike for a guest through their account.

Gift cards are valid for Ride Society classes and merchandise only and cannot be converted into cash value.

All merchandise may be returned unworn (with tags) and unwashed within 7 days of the original sale for studio merchandise credit or exchange. Any worn merchandise will not be accepted for return. Sale items are final.

Shoe rentals are $3 and will be charged to a riders account if they do not provide prior payment.

Please be advised shoe rentals are not included in Ride Credit or Ride Series pricing.

If a client’s credit card is rejected for class bookings, shoe or water charges, they must update their credit card information prior to being permitted to take another class.

Ride Society is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. All items left in the studio will be kept in lost and found for one week and then donated.

All Monthly Series are based on Auto-Renew.

If you need to cancel your Series please call or email the studio 30 days prior to the day you would like to end your series.

Series rates are subject to change after cancellation.

Please be advised shoe rentals are not included in Ride Credit or Ride Series pricing.
