Absolutely. We recommend you book online for your convenience but if there is a bike available we’ll get you in.

One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it is low-impact exercise and can be adapted to every fitness level.  You can adjust the resistance level on the bike based on your abilities or how you’re feeling that day. With each class comes more strength and confidence.  We encourage new riders to ride at their own pace and comfort level.

The studio will occasionally offer RIDE101, a class geared towards beginners or riders looking for a refresher. If we’re not offering it when you’re looking to ride – don’t worry!  We have new riders in almost every class.

Cycling shoes provide a safe and more efficient ride by targeting the correct muscle groups to avoid injury. We ask that all riders wear clip-in SPD cycling shoes when riding.

Many women ride during pregnancy. As with any exercise while pregnant, we ask that you consult your doctor prior to riding.

If you’re new to indoor cycling it typically takes only a few rides to get used to the saddle however the studio can provide a padded gel seat cover to make riding more comfortable.

Add yourself to the class waitlist.  When cancellations occur and a bike opens up waitlist riders will be automatically admitted into class and notified by email.  Please see the studio’s waitlist policy for details.

You will be notified by email if you admitted into class from the waitlist.   If you are admitted into a class within an hour of class start time, you will receive a phone call and will have the option to take the bike or opt out.  If you take the bike and are a no-show, standard cancellation policy applies.

If you have not checked-in with the front desk 4 minutes prior to start of class, your bike may be released to a waitlisted rider.

If you are running late, you must call the studio to hold your bike (850-542-4266). To preserve the integrity of the ride experience and for everyone’s safety, we do not allow riders to enter a class later than 5 minutes after the class has started.  *First time riders will not be admitted into class if the class has already begun.

If you must leave early, please alert the instructor prior to start of class.

Ride Society does not provide in-studio childcare.
