Music is the authority in this 45 minute, full-body cardio ride. This high-energy and fast paced class is designed to strengthen body and soul by riding to the rhythm of the beat. Light hand weights and synchronized movements are implemented to sculpt the upper body and strengthen the core.
Ride 101
A 45 minute, foundations focused ride designed to deliver the 411 on all things rhythmic riding.  This hands-on class introduces the basics to help gain the skills and confidence to master the beat.
Ride35
A 35 minute adaptation of the ride45. Perfect for a lunchtime quickie.
Ride60
45 + 15. You do the math. A 60 minute adaptation of the signature ride45. #BraggingRights

Rides can be purchased and booked through the Ride Society website, MindBody app or through the studio directly.
In order to reserve a bike you must have available rides in your account.
Bikes can be reserved up to 7 days in advance or at any time prior to class, pending bike availability.
